So technically these photos are about 5 weeks apart but the second on is 2 weeks into the kaylaitsines Bikini Body Workout! I did the first week but then due to some time restraints/personal life I had two weeks off from the gym, then restarted the program and am loving it! My weight has not changed at all but I can see and feel the differences. I’m happy with where I am now even though the weight I’m at is 5kilos more than my (old-when I still believed in scales)  goal weight. I’m so happy where I am and with how my fitness levels are progressing! Nothing better than feeling strong and fit. I mix up the program with yoga, body balance and sometimes boxing classes. Can’t wait to see how I look at week 12!
